Open the Compliance Dashboard

From the administration menu, navigate to Compliance and select Employee Certifications.

Select Employee Profile

Search for the employee's name and open their compliance registry panel.

Enter Certification Details

Click Add Certification. Select the certificate type, enter the license number, and enter issue and expiration dates.

Field Requirement Purpose / Details
Certificate Type Required Choose: EPA License, Electrical Cert, OSHA 30, Safety.
License Number Required Regulatory serial number.
Expiration Date Required License expiration date.

Upload Copy of License Document

Drag and drop a scan or photo of the license. The document is archived on the employee's record.

Save and Set Expiration Reminders

Click Save Certification. Reminders are scheduled to alert coordinators before the license expires.
